Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive.  Please click on the specific question below to reveal the answers.  If your question is not answered please feel free to contact us.

1. Where are your writers from?

All of our writers are from the USA.  We manually verify that the writers are US-based and have the proper documentation.

2. How do I place an order?

To place an order simply create an account and add funds to cover your order.  You can see how the complete process works here.

3. How does the process work?

After you place an order your article goes to our writers’ pool where the assignment gets picked up.  The writer will then have 72 hours to complete the assignment.  Once the article is submitted for your approval, you will have 72 hours yourself to approve the article, or request a rewrite.

4. What types of content can I order?

Just about any type of content you may need including website content, blog articles, product descriptions, press releases, newsletters and eBooks.

5. How much does it costs?

We don’t have any silly star systems.  All of our writers must meet a specific competency level.  Pricing is based on the type of content you need. To get a specific quote on the content you need please see our pricing page here.

6. Are there minimums on what I can order?

There are no article minimums but there are minimums on article length.  If you only need one article you can order just one.  However, there is a minimum on the word length due to the time it takes to research each subject.  All articles must be 200 words or greater.

7. What are the turnaround times?

Each article is automatically given a 72 hour deadline from the minute it is claimed.  Most articles get claimed within hours of being posted into the article pool.

8. Can I request a previous writer?

Yes, after you have worked with a specific writer you may assign articles directly to that writer on future orders. To do so when placing an order use the “assign” function in the drop down menu of the order form.

9. How can you ensure my articles are well written?

Each writer goes through a strict qualification process.  We also have quality control specialist that frequently audit writers to ensure quality is kept to a high standard.

10. Can I request keywords in the article?

Yes, a few keywords may be included in the writers’ instructions.  The writer will do their best to include the keywords at least once in the article.

11. Can the writers suggest a title for the article?

Yes, there is an option in the ordering process that lets you request an article title.

12. How can I add funds to my account?

Funds can be deposited using Paypal or credit card directly from your Vorongo account under the "deposit funds" tab.  Funds can be added through Paypal using a credit card.  Just follow the instructions for “Pay with debit or credit card” which will let you pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
